Excellent experience at this store. Today and several years ago. Both times it was a smooth experience. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

If you need help with a phone DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!! My wife's phone was stolen in the hospital. She can't use a smart phone and the AT&T store was out of stock on a flip phone so I went to Wal-Mart and bought her one at the recommendation of the people at the AT&T store. They told me they would set it up for me. When I went back to the store they then told me it needed to be activated over the phone and gave me the 800 number to call. After calling 5 times over 2 days I finally got thru to a person that told me it couldn't be activated over the phone and I needed to take it back to the AT&T store with 2 forms of identification and it would be activated. I then went back to the AT&T store with my wife's 2 forms of identification and they told me I now needed her power of attorney. I think I need to switch to a different phone carrier and just say the hell with AT&T.

Store was clean, there was one customer and one person working with them. The store did not have very many phones in stock to choose from. I would say maybe 50% of the displays were empty. I did not purchase anything that day. I was greeted and thanked for coming in.

The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I left my new phone was working perfectly!nnUpdate - I had to go back in for more help with my phone and a different girl was working. She literally pushed my phone back towards me and said that I had to call tech support. The first girl that helped me the first time was very knowledgeable but this girl sent me away as well as the customer in front of me. For that visit I would give negative stars if I could.
