Shoe Dept.

The manager here is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She helped find my husbands shoe size and put on every shoe on him that he wanted to try on. My husband is a hard person to please but she had a great attitude and didn’t give up on us. We will be coming back here every time we get new shoes and recommend everyone to come here. The staff here was nice and made us feel comfortable I highly recommend it here.

I wish I would’ve caught the name of the lady that helped us but I came in with my downs aunt and we received the best service and she was playful with mynAunt and made sure to include her in picking out everything and not just asking me questions. I appreciate you and will be going here for now on

just went there around six. me, my sister, and my cousin were only in there for about thirty minutes. i was looking for shoes for my prom. the two employees followed us around the store the whole time and one of them very rudely asked us multiple times if we needed any help. every time i just said “no thanks, i’m just looking for shoes for prom and don’t really know what i want yet”. there were other customers in the store being very loud and the employees didn’t pay any attention to them at all and they were in there before we went in and were still there when we left. as i was trying a pair of shoes on one of the employees came and stood right next to me and watched me, and once again asked if i needed any help. i told him no thanks, i’m just looking for prom shoes and not really sure what i want yet. as i was speaking to my sister and told her i thought i wanted those ones, he immediately interrupted me and offered to take them up to the front. only good thing that came out of it was that i got some shoes i only kind of really liked. i didn’t get a chance to really look for any because i felt like i was being rushed and targeted because i wasn’t dressed to look like i had a lot of money to spend. i work in customer service and that is NOT how you treat customers.

Had a great trip to Shoe Dept today, Kristin Nita and Hillary was super helpful and friendly.
