I've had an account with midfirst for over a year and every branch I've been to the staff where very friendly. This branch however was not. First time I've been to this one and go through the drive through and the older black lady who is heavier set was awful. If you don't like your job then find something else! Customers pay your bills whether you like it or not. Learn to at least fake that you enjoy your job!

Most of the people at the Midwest City branch are very friendly and do a good job. The older black gal who works here is atrocious. She is rude, condescending, horrible attitude, etc., etc. I cannot stand having to deal with her. Either she is just not a particularly friendly/nice person, or she has a problem with white folk. Not sure which. Either way, she's not anyone I care to deal with. Serious attitude problem. She makes it very clear that our business at this bank is NOT appreciated. Other than her, I like this bank.

Very rude staff!! Whoever answers the phone claims to be the branch manager. I need to know who truly is the branch manager in order to get correct information. Each branch tells a different story and we can’t get anything accomplished!

If I could give this place 0 stars are I would ! My husband is a Independent Contractor and received a PPP Loan through Kabbage. His current bank wouldn’t take the loan so he went to open an account. She basically tried to say that my husband was creating Fraud because she never heard of Kabbage. She then said she refuses to open a bank account ! Sad situation and do not recommend going here !

The people at this location are the reason I’m closing my account and going to a more decent, trustworthy bank. First, Brandy gave my personal information about my account to a family member when they were not on my account. When I called mad, Brandy was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me talk to her manager. When I finally did reach a manager, Jessica, she was even worse with her attitude and tried to cover brandy. When I threatened to call corporate and report BOTH of them, she then said she would write up brandy for it. Nothing further. Now, months later, I went into the bank to apply for a small loan. Very small compared to the other MULTIPLE loans I have taken out through them. Well dealing with Jessica again, she wouldn’t even help me. She was so sooooooo incredibly rude, rolling her eyes, and saying “you won’t get approved and even “IF” you did it still wouldn’t work. Not even looking at my credit, my income, my account, nothing. So I said “Ive taken out several loans before no problem, and considering I BANK WITH YOU, you know how much I make.” Nope. She rolled her eyes again and said “sorry can’t help ya” I’m so disgusted, this women is a completely disgusting person and really represents who she works for so they’ve lost my business. I honestly felt like I was dealing with a teenager. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST.
