My kids were sent to this emergency room over this past 2021 easter weekend. They were seen after being in an ATV accident while at their moms house. I came in and spoke with Stacie who was working the desk where you check in. She advised me that even though I was a parent I couldn't go back there to be with my kids who are 10 and 5. I asked if I could go back and trade places with my kids mom to see them and let them know that their daddy was there with them. Again I was told no and that whoever brought them in was the only person who could be back there with them. I tried on several occasions to ask Stacie if she could tell me how my kids are doing and what treatment was being done. Stacie proceeded to tell me that she can only tell me they are doing good. This was by far the worst treatment I have ever recieved from any hospital or infact any kind of srevice representative ever. If you can avoid taking a loved one here I would do so. This woman deserved to loose her job.

I took my 8yr old autistic child in for oral surgery today.nI was so happy to see how well the staff dealt with him. They were patient, understanding and kind to him. His nurses knew first hand about special needs children. Made it so much easier on me. I could actually relax knowing he was in good hands. The OR staff was also great with him.nAnd his dentist, Dr. Massad was very knowledgeable about special needs kids and oral surgery.nI give this hospital a huge ud83dudc4d!

some of the staff is not as caring as they should be, but for the most part it was a wonderful experience, the mental hospital helped me a lot, the staff on the day shift especially Adam & Jessica were my 2 favorite staff members, the med techs were great, playing music to keep themselves calm & the patients calm was a very great thing. the night shift was okay, some were a little immature, but there were some night staff that were understanding and great at interacting with each other and the patients, playing music for the patients who wanted to sing/dance, playing card games, some watched tv, especially the football games. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone, the food is delicious, the activities were a lot of fun, the staff member that brings the radio/karaoke was a lot of fun to be around, it helped me a lot to hear music, it calmed me when I was getting too anxious. I think the staff is under payed, they need more men on the day shift, there should not be only women on the shift/shifts, there needs to be a balance. the patients also need to be watched to make sure they take their meds and don’t spit them out ect. the house keeper (man) day shift needs to be payed more, he works very hard cleaning the rooms & the floors. the therapist is great, the docs are great especially DR (Psychiatrist) is very nice & understanding she listens to the patients and gives the correct diagnosis & the right kind of meds. the only thing I would recommend is do not try to push the unstable patients to their breaking point, that is not right and in my honest opinion it is not fair or human to push patients to the point of having to be knocked out & or put in restraints. they are already having issues when they arrive, in a new, unknown place not knowing what to expect ect. the staff needs to understand that the patients are human just like them & they could also be on the other side and need to think about how they would want to be treated ect if they one day had to go into the facility they work at or a different one. Yes they have to be professional because it is their job/work place, but there needs to be a balance, I have been to several in oklahoma & in Texas, all were very different experiences, some not so good, but Wagoner was the best one I have been too. keep up the good work & keep singing Jessica & Adam keep up the good work, the rest of the staff, night & day, keep smiling, dancing, singing, playing games ect. ALL of you made a huge impact on me & my life & I appreciate everything each one of you did that contributed to me coming out stronger & more determined to fulfill my dreams & understand that it’s okay to be on medication, I am still human and still as valuable as anyone else.. also, the lady over the bingo.....thank you for my special mask, you were such a joy to be around, you have a great attitude and was able to get the patients & staff all enthused at whatever we were getting the privilege to play or attend, the games outside were a lot of fun, the bingo was a lot of fun also, especially getting to do a little dance for extra candy when we won the bingo game, I wish that one day I can come and donate some prizes, candy ect to go towards the bingo games, snacks ect for the new or repeat patients that come to the facility . God Bless All of the staff, you all are great at your jobs & all of you were very nice to me and the other patients that were there with me also. I give a 10 out of 10 and hats off to the staff for putting up with me even though I know it was not easy at times! Amanda

Huge shout out to Wagoner Community Hospital + Neurology clinic in BA. Katie, the neurology assistant, helped me SO much today! Med is currently being filled - no hospital tonight! Yay!nnThis neurology clinic offers m m j recs every Friday! The doctor and nurse that host are phenomenal. I became a neuro patient because of their professionalism, care and dedication to helping their patients. There are so many things I could say, but after this week, words really aren't enough to express how grateful I am to be their patient.

All of the doctors except for one are extremely pleasant. Dr. Brent is by far my favorite in the emergency room. He took great care of me and actually took his time with me, even giving me some life changing advice. Thank you Dr. Brent! You're awesome!
