Great group of doctors! Doc David ring is an amazing doctor very highly recommended. He is always with a smile and willing to listen, checking and follow ups are always highly appreciated.doc Suhail is my kids doctors and he is very nice guy and very well knowledgeable my kids love seeing him.

Literally the worst doctors office I have ever used. Dr. Suihil is great but his staff is absolutely terrible. I called @ 11:30 a.m. to get a form filled out to renew my premature twins prescription formula, they told me that I have to have an appointment so I made one for 1:30 that day. I called the health department and the lady said I don’t need to take them to the doctor for the prescription because it’s just a form that the doctor signs and faxes to them.nnI called Utica Park again and told them that the lady at the health department said an appointment wasn’t necessary when all she needs is a signature of approval. The lady on the phone told me she would tell the nurse and told me to hold. When she got back on the phone she said the nurse said WHAT FORMULA AND WHAT HEALTH DEPARTMENT? I told her AGAIN and apologized for calling them again (I wish I didn’t) and the receptionist said K I’ll tell the nurse and hung up.nnI called the health department 5 hours later and asked if they had sent the form yet and she informed me that they have not, so I called Utica Park and asked again and the receptionist took my number and said she would have the nurse call me within 30 minutes. It is now an hour after they’ve closed and no one has gotten back to me on my twins’ prescription formula.nnLike I said it isn’t the doctors it’s definitely just the people in it. If I could leave a zero star review I would. I’ve never been treated like this anywhere I’ve ever been before and I will NEVER go back to this clinic.

All staff are exceptional. Dr Khalid Aly and nurse Cayce are attentive, listen to patient concerns and give treatment recommendations treating the patient fully. No stones unturned here!

The receptionist wouldn't let me pay over the phone when I got back home she said he would not check me in without it. My appointment was at 2:30, arrived at 2 for paperwork and was not seen by Dr. Browning until 3. Browning had the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. She was very mono toned, only in the room for maybe 5 minutes and left before I could even get my son back in his car seat, so I walked out alone and as I did i passed Browning in her office sitting at her desk texting. I told my mom about my experience and she said that Browning was the same way towards my younger sister. Will most definitely NOT be back.
