Was referred to Hearing Group after failing a hearing test. Very pleasant ladies working here. Same day appointment left with loaner appliances. Highly recommend these folks if you're needing hearing appliances
We had a great appointment with Ryian. She is very knowledgeable and explained things well. Most importantly she was kind and understanding and in no way hurried the appointment. Also her receptionist, Ashley, was so pleasant and helpful. It was a good experience all around and we got answers to a lot of concerns.
The ladies at Hearing Group are amazing. They take the time needed to make sure you get the hearing aides that fit your needs. They are so helpful if you have questions or need adjustments made.
