Been with Pioneer Cellular since 2002!!!! Great reception and very few dead zones!!! That was, until big storm came through!!!! Now no signal at my home and Pioneer says it's my house & leaves in the trees!!! Yes, blame it on my house & trees in my yard!!!!! Never had this problem till storms!!!!!!! Run to other phone companies, as soon as my contract is up I Am Leaving Pioneer!!!!!

I work just down the block from pioneer if I ever have a problem with my phone but I haven' t had any big problems so far just questions on how to operatate my phone and the ladies at pioneer are always so helpful. Thanks a million.
