Glad you are back open and seeing us again. The service is always professional and because you can call ahead it easy to get in. I usually see you two times a year for sinusitis and you know the reason I come in. Thanks for the friendly way you treat me every time. I'm glad I didn't have any issues 'til you were back.nnGod bless and keep you safe.

Stephanie Whatley and Nurse Stephanie were excellent. My son and i were both sick and they were super busy. They were very caring and answered any questions i had/ eager to ask my opinion on what medications work best. The receptionist is always friendly and professional. She is very detail oriented and excellent at her position. All these ladies are fantastic! They run the show efficiently and professionally.

We have used this Urgent Care for several years now and have always been pleased with the staff, waiting times and their bedside manner. However, when I brought in all three of my small children with obvious signs of the flu we were rejected many times to be tested for the flu. My oldest son had a temperature of 105 the night before and had trouble breathing, I immediately gave him Motrin and a breathing treatment. My middle son woke up feeling horrible and my youngest son did as well. The PA we saw we have seen many times and have had no issues, so this was very surprising to me that they didn’t even acknowledge that I had asked for them to be tested for the flu 4 times or that my son’s temperature had gotten so high and he looked and felt miserable. I was told it was the croup and couldn’t possibly be the flu (even in the middle of flu season) and gave them antibiotics and steroid...I called our PCP as soon as we walked out the door. They told me to bring them in right then so I did...they had the tests ready when I got there. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes where as at this Urgent Care we spent hours. The nurse and our Doctor were both very upset about the fact they disregarded my requests and their symptoms. We will no longer be using this Urgent Care and I will be advising anyone that asks me to go elsewhere. If you are a parent, go with your gut feeling. If I wouldn’t have yesterday then this would have never come to light. If my children are being disregarded, how many others are also?

With COVID-19 going on, their walk-in procedure goes perfectly smooth. It was my first time going to Integris Urgent Care and they treated me amazing & was in and out quickly.
