I will recommend Encompass whenever the opportunity arises. My grandmother was a tough case. She had just about given up and they seemingly brought her back to life with their care and expertise. She was pleased with the challenging daily tasks/schedule, the food, and all of the staff she encountered. I’m forever grateful.
I have found Encompass Health to be a good facility. My PCM works there, and I have never had a negative issue to complain about. They are professional at every step of the way, my PCM is thoughtful, kind, and attentive to my questions and has done a superb job in helping me to manage my health. I recommend Encompass Health over the 'competition'ndown the street.
It was a very beneficial experience. Staff was Fantastic and so was the food. The only thing I didn’t like was being forced to leave to a place I didn’t like!
Nursing staff was very disappointing. Still waiting on case worker to return my call. It's been over two weeks. After a few days I asked to speak with a case worker supervisor but was told my case worker would contact me. PT was good but I cannot recommend this facility.
My dad was well taken care of by very nice professional nurses and staff. The facility was clean and the food was decent for a medical facility.
