Xpress Wellness Urgent Care Duncan

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They gave me all the information they had, and made sure I understood. They also gave me papers that had all of the information I could need, which I really appreciated.

The ladies were great and extremely friendly let me know what was wrong right away and made me feel comfortable with talking to them

Prior to the scheduled appointment in Duncan,nI have had very good experiences with the Lawton Xpress Wellness. However, this date my primary physician’s office was closed and the Lawton Xpress Wellness had no openings. I had to make an appointment with the Duncan office and was told to be 30 minutes early for patient registration. I had to drive 40 miles and during that time I received a notice that my appointment had been delayed for 30 minutes from 12:27 to 1. Of course, the patient must sit in their car until the appointment. When I arrived at approximately 12:30, I called into the office and a receptionist said their system had been down. After an extensive wait and two more calls, the receptionist said someone had CoVid and they had to clean the office. Finally, at 2:10 I went to the front door and saw the 2 receptionists just sitting. I told them to cancel my appointment as I was in so much pain I had to leave and find another provider. I opened my bank account two days later and was charged for the appointment. Then, all I could get is that the business manager was looking into it.

It was a long process and under under the circumstance I completely understand. But everyone was extremely nice. Great people.

From the time we arrived everyone of the Staff, nurse and the PA were so attentive and helpful explained everything in each process.nnGreat people and so passionate I think this is a great Facility and all the Staff are extraordinary in all they do.nnThank you so much.
