I called almost a month ago to get our service switched from one address to another and they did not process my disconnect from the old residence causing me to pay for the electricity for the full month. When speaking to a supervisor I was informed that I should have gotten the name of the person I spoke to so she could get with them and find out what happened, but since I didn't I will have to pay for both residence for the full month. Customer service at it's finest ud83dude11
