Physical therapy was good but they lack organization/professionalism when it comes to scheduling. I called & made a appointment and on the scheduled day called to confirm & told I had called & cancelled. I didn't but supposedly had called & made & cancelled the appointment on the same phone call. I called another time & scheduled & they never put it on the computer. This a continual thing for them.
