Xpress Wellness Urgent Care

Everyone here was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The initial visit was scheduled the day before and I received text updates regarding my appointment. There was a 30 minute delay and I received a text with plenty of notice to let me know. I received a text asking me to let them know when I arrived so we could begin prepping for the appointment, this included being sent a link to fill out a simple patient information form from my phone. I was asked to send a message once I had completed the patient forms and told I would receive a call shortly. They called me in and I briefly spoke to the receptionist who collected my insurance details, she had a great attitude and was very professional. I sat in waiting for just a few minutes before being called back to a room. The entire process was intuitive and straightforward in a very welcoming environment. I would absolutely recommend them.

Express Wellness has helped our family many times. The doctors and staff are always friendly and professional. Glad we have this alternative in town for access to medical care. On line check in for appointments and info makes things easier also

Front desk very friendly and courteous. Called in from car taken to room and vitals taken. Blood pressure was very high MA took again and it was still high. After waiting NP came in and checked my heart and ears. Gave me my diagnosis and prescribed medicine for earache. Left room never addressed blood pressure or how I could alleviate pain.. Another MA brought in my script and I was told I could leave. Just didn't feel I had been given professional treatment. I quess thats urgent care.

The website clearly states that they leave room on their schedule for true emergencies. It is 3:29 pm and I was just told that they are booked through the end of the day. I came to assure myself that my massive leg pain that had me screaming in my sleep, was nothing. Don't waste your time coming here. It's a joke.
