Loved the prices and staff.
I walked in and asked a female woman where the women's slides were, she was chilling and a male worker was sitting at the register and she told me, but as soon as I was about to buy a pair they both disappeared.nI waited for 10 minutes and they magically reappeared at the register both still chilling.nSo yeah I suggest hiring more people who want to assist customers, def will not return.
Sent me the wrong shoes then made me come to this store to exchange and thess guys are slow and mismanaged. One person working entire store on a friday night with over 15 people waiting to be helped.
I entered this store one day to buy several pairs of flats. I was greeted by 2 associates to whom I replied politely. I began to browse the aisles looking for something of interest. When I turned to get a better look at a particular pair of shoes I noticed the top of a head near the aisle beside me. To my surprise the female associate was crouching down to peer at me over the adjacent shelf. When I realized what was occurring I was extremely shocked at this level of ignorant behavior! I immediately left the store and have never returned!
