I visit this bank regularly and have never had a bad experience. In fact, I am greeted by multiple employees upon entering the branch, and the tellers that assist me are welcoming, efficient and treat me respectfully.
I have tried to call 5 times to make an appointment to access my safe deposit box. No matter what buttons I push as I navigate the menu of phone options, I cannot reach a person to assist me.
I will never do business with BB&T again.
Slowest bank ever. Been in line 30 mins with 2 cars ahead of me. ud83dude20
Paid my bill here each month for over 2 years. Very friendly staff. And usually there are plenty of tellers. So waiting in line is minimal. The tellers are well experienced and they seem to have a low turnover. Which makes return visits a breeze.
