Made 2 visits to this store for 2 pairs of hiking shoes(husband & me). 1st visit, we were told it was 7:45 pm & we would not have time to shop, registers close out promptly at 8. 2nd visit, the personnel at this store made no attempt to be helpful. We found the shoes we wanted & had to request they get the other shoe from the back. If I had known my way around the area, I would have definitely shopped at a different store.
I bought a pair of shoes online at Walmart and they were hard as a rock I went to the shoe department and got the exact same pair of shoes and they were exactly how they were supposed to be and they were priced cheaper excellent store highly recommend
Taylor was helpful with a exchange I had , shoes were way to wide so I hate to return them . They also Honored a coupon deal that had expired. Store could be a little more organized but helpful employees
Very rude employee. I asked if they had a shoe in inventory my size she did no without looking I said it was messy there were the wrong shoes under the one I wanted she argued with me . Was to close to me when I put my hand up and said don’t argue with the customer she said I put my hand in her face. I won’t go back and will order my shoes online
Found my husband new balance sneakers on clearance. Paid less than $40. Was in and out quickly. Young man at register was friendly, helpful, and carried a great conversation. Well organized and clean store.
