After going to Clark memorial hospital and the doctor not even seeming the least bit concerned with my issues and basically getting no help at all for a sinus infection I decided to try this place and thank goodness I did!! The doctor Sylvester Williams took the time and listened to my concerns and explained everything in detail! He got me on the right track and after 1 day I'm already feel better!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

The receptionist at this Little Clinic in the Kroger in Jeffersonville was so nasty and condescending. She apparently had issues with the fact that my daughter used to have Medicaid, but it was cancelled some months earlier.(she was accusing me of lying) She told me the fee was $89 and acted like I couldn’t pay it. Then the doctor came out and gave me a short lecture about insurance... and I’m just like “does any of this really matter? My daughter has a fever and double ear infections.. can I just pay to have her seen?” ... five minutes later theyre still going on about insurance.nnTheir pharmacy techs are rude as well. They will NEVER get my business and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience.

I was irreversibly charged for tests I did not need/never even got results for. Overall my experience was terrible and I would not recommend this place!

Great price. Even better service! The clinics were busy at all locations near me. I came to this one because it had the shortest wait time at 1 1/2 hours this evening (a Monday). I waited patiently, and they were wonderful. Front desk lady and my care provider were both great. Rhonda Stamey took her time flushing, looking around and properly diagnosing my swimmers ear. I didn't feel like a number to be quickly scooted out the door. I suspected swimmers ear, but I had never experienced it before and my home treatments weren't working quickly enough for my satisfaction. My hearing was much better before I left the clinic and I'm confident that our treatment plan will fix me right up. For around $100 (no insurance) and less than 2 hours, I couldn't ask for anything better.
