use drive thru. Employee over the top. she is too happy and has high pitch voice. i know she has the PNC script down but i hate it when they ask if there’s anything else. just keep it simple and say thank you.nnupdate: different tellers the few times i have returned. they are fine. usually encounter lines at drive thru. due to covid 19 inside is closed.

Wonderful experience - I had to go into the branch to take care of something I hadn't dealt with before, and was worried would be complicated.nThe gentleman who helped me understood what my issue was straight away, and was prompt to take care of it for me.nI was in and out in 5 min or less, problem solved. Turns out my issue was a very easy fix, but I still appreciate how quickly he handled it. He also answered any of my questions with ease. I forgot to catch his name before I left, but very happy with his customer service!

They ask alot of unnecessary questions and charge 2% to cash if you dont have a account....most places charge 5-10 bucks....Amber was rude
