Great Customer Service and tellers but their mobile banking app on the phone AND the desktop website goes down at least once a Day!! So frustrating when your trying to monitor your banking and it goes down!! If they could fix that bug I would give you 5 stars.
They have come through for us time after time when the big banks wouldn't help. We are moving our business checking account over to them!

Don't bank here.nnI got paid last week and scheduled a bill to come out with more than enough money in the bank to cover. First Harrison returned the check TWICE, resulting in $66 in fees. Because the check was returned twice, the company I paid the bill through is now charging me $54 in fees. I don't have enough out of this paycheck to cover everything. First Harrison is just full of frauds.
