They don't have many 11's. They promise they can order whatever shoe you like but they can't. I'm a 11 wide and I like cute shoes. It would be wonderful if I could tell other big feet women where to shop for cute shoes our size.

Hopefully no one else will have an issue from Kelly (the store clerk here). I sure will be contacting/writing corporate. I’m sure this was not Kelly’s first run-in with a customer nor will it be her last. Very nasty attitude!nnI purchased the last pair of a particular style size 8 shoe, inside the boxes of all the other sizes these shoes had tags attached. But the shoe I purchased it looked at if someone ripped off the tags and just left the tag in the box. So I simply asked Kelly very nicely with a smile while she was cashing me out at the register if she could simply write something on the receipt stating the shoe was ok to return, unworn of course as there were no tags attached. Kelly looked at me and said it’s ok to return them as long as they’re unworn.nnI told Kelly that I understood what she was saying but that I just wanted the peace of mind and didn’t want another representative to give me a hard time if I needed to return them, as the tags weren’t attached and I didn’t want them thinking I tore the tags off and wore the shoes.nnKelly then grabbed the receipt from me, laughed (sarcastically) and said that “it’s not that serious, but I’ll write something down”. She seemed very irritated. I won’t go into every detail of what happened next (as it would entail paragraphs) but I will be sure to let corporate know. Kelly went back and forth with me!! And it was just a domino effect from there! The customer behind me was very surprised and gave Kelly a dirty look in disbelief.nnLet’s just say she is very ignorant, ghetto, and she makes that store look raunchy. And what just happened to customer satisfaction? I’ve never had that experience at any other DSW, and she doesn’t like customer service or dealing with customers then she ought not to be in that business. I was very nice to her but she appeared as if she doesn’t like working for DSW the way I was treated. Hopefully they’ll rewind the cameras. I did end up returning the shoes before I even walked out the door as I refused to purchase from that location (and possibly any locations anymore) due to Kelly! I mean DSW will make their money regardless of my two cents but I just thought I would share my experience. I mean, I’m sure it would be a huge lost if all customers had this experience from store clerks like Kelly who made the customer walk out without spending a dime. I mean, if it weren’t for customers there would be no business, right?nnI did end up speaking to the manager who walked up before I left the store and she was nice!nnKelly definitely makes this store look bad. For it to be in the North Hills area I think they can do better with staffing! She makes the store fell and look crummy!nnI’m not sure if DSW cares who they have representing their stores but Kelly sure isn’t the one! Because Kelly can care less. She sure wouldn’t be running a business of mine. I’m all about customer service and satisfaction. And a simple nice request turned mad!nnI’m not sure if Kelly worked in the customer service field her entire life but it’s sure not for her! If you don’t like your job, leave! Because that’s the feeling I got.nnHad the shoe been on the other foot I would have simply told the customer that I would be happy to note their receipt with my initials really quick. I mean, what do I care? Instead Kelly chose to be sarcastic, rude, and go back in forth with me in front of other customers waiting. Rather than simply satisfying the customer and getting me out the way so that she could help the next customer in line. Even if she didn’t want to, she could have faked it off with a pleasant smile and not shown attitude. But she chose to outwardly show her ghettoness!

An ugly, crummy store with bad service that doesn't take COVID guidelines as seriously as other DSW locations in the area.
