As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by an employee. I am a complete novice and do not look the runner type in any way. Grace, the employee, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the world of footwear. After a few questions and a foot scan, she brought out a selection of shoes that may suit my needs. One of which I ended up purchasing. I just did my first couple of miles in them and I am very pleased with the purchase.
Very nice service, my mom loves her new shoes. They took the time with each customer to get the best fitting for shoes, they have a foot scan and make you walk and based on the results they show you the options for you so you can have a pair of shoes that give you the adequate support while walking. The staff is really friendly especially Luis who answered all of our questions.nThe shoes are a little pricey but is worth every penny
This is the second time buying from this location and the experience gets better each time. This time shout out to Luis you helped both me and my parent try on three to four different pairs of shoes each. He answered all of our questions and tried to find the best shoe for both of us. The prices are pretty high because they only sell the newest shoes but it is worth it.
Absolutely amazing! This was my second time at Fleet Feet but first time at this location.nnI believe Michael was helping me during my appointment and he is amazing!nHe walked me through my foot scan (I believe FIT ID?) and then watched how my feet and ankles moved when I walked.nFrom there he discussed and showed me how my feet are slightly different sizes (totally normal), my arches, how narrow my feet/ankles were, etc.nHe then walked me through my needs in a shoe (ie, how long I’ll be running, on what surface..)nnHe was SO patient with me. I believe he ended up bringing almost ten pairs of shoes out for me to try and walk in, until I landed on a pair of Brooks Ghost 13’s that I fell in love with!nnI would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for great customer service as well as a perfectly fitted shoe for your needs!nnAlso, don’t be intimidated! Before my first time at Fleet Feet I hated running, I always had shin splints and my feet were constantly sore. It wasn’t until I had my first pair of fitted shoes that I realized, I don’t actually hate running, I just hate running in bad shoes!nnThey are not judgmental here at all, and I will be a loyal customer from here on out!nnThanks again to the team and to Michael! 10/10!!
The foot scan increased our confidence that the shoes were appropriate for our feet, but really the sales rep Luis was who made the experience so great. He reviewed the scan results thoroughly, discussed why each shoe he picked was a potential match, and he was patient, kind, and entertaining throughout the process, all while remembering our names. This experience is what shopping for shoes should feel like, and we’ll definitely be repeat Fleet Feet buyers now.
