The worst encounter by far at this location, nice stuff to buy. The manger on duty was very rude and demanding to other employees. Manger on duty seemed as if she didn’t need to work their at all . Lacked professionalism and customer service in regards on how her tone was. It sets a vibe for everything. I told her she lacked professionalism and and oblivious to handling customer concerns. We began to exchange words. She escalated to the use of profanities. She has no decorum and does not need to be in retail. I wished I would’ve gotten her name. Regardless, I wouldn’t shop their anymore because she lacked professionalism and her attitude was awful and I’m disgusted and disappointed. Who would give there money to a trifling employee that manages a store like that again!
