Great people. Good service.nAbsolutely the best location I have been to.
Terrible customer service, had really hard time to ask for help even after followed all their instructions and back again for the third time and with POA in my hand... Told her He is fighting for his life and needed his money and I’m his wife. No luck and “sorry” she said....smh.
The Bank tellers here are just great.. they're warm and friendly, and not in the put-on kind of way. They don't just robotic-ly ask you how you're doing -- they remember your name -- they're very courteous.nAnd the bankers that I've dealt with there have been equally careful to make a casual trip to the bank enjoyable. All-around, great Chase location.
A four because tellers are friendly and strive their best. They seem under appreciated. The building is old and dated. Never see mgmt, who seem to be hiding out somewhere.
Good service and friendly employees... Quick to get you in and out for your day
