BB&T

Awful experience. Made a 10:00am notary appointment. Only one notary in the building and three other bankers. At 9:50, aware of her 10:00am appointment, the notary takes in 2 customers. I had to leave without notarizing my documents at 10:23 when, without acknowledging the royal inanity of the entire decision, she couldn't tell me whether I would have my one page document notarized by 10:30, 30 minutes after my appointment.nnAs a general principle of customer service, perhaps if you already have made your appointment late by 23 minutes, with not apology, you should step out and handle her 2 minute process instead of doubling down.nnAbsolutely awful.

Please stay away from this bank at all cost, they could care less about YOUR money, they will question where $200 cash is coming from, they will send money away is you do not explain who send you money through (cash app)nBut they would not take your explanation you would need to write statement, get this notirize by 2 people involved that 2 of this people would have to come to the bank, at branch they would refuse to take your paper and in the end they would send money back, so all this work would be for nothingnnI am awaiting to pay off my loan and to close my account forever. Will never deal with them again

BEWARE!!! Worst customer service I have ever received. I have been trying to close a business account out for over 5 Months and they can't seem to do it for me and then they blame me for not knowing the banker that I am dealing with. When you come into the bank they will be more concerned with who you spoke with and the procedure that THEIR banker did over fixing your problem. Can't speak to the overall banking of BB&T, but can say stay clear of this branch...

This location is a very sad excuse for a branch. I love BB&T and have banked with them for years.nThis location has been “short staffed” for over a year! The ATM machine is out of service constantly. 10 min minimum in teller drive thru because there is NEVER more than one teller (I’m not kidding.) The tellers on several occasions act as is the long wait to process simple transaction is normal. No apologies, just smirks.nDo not USE THIS LOCATION!

I waited over an HOUR just for a simple transaction. Unreal.
