This bank captures the colonial feel in everything from the small-town friendliness to the design of the building -- I feel like they took it right out of colonial Williamsburg!nnBe very wary of them if you plan to have a low balance in an account for even a few seconds. They're not afraid to pummel you with enough fees that could pay your electric bill.
