New customer opened an account today online with virtual wallet it was quick and convenient. Followed by depositing check in person the teller was very nice andnPersonable , didn’t catch anyone’s names but she was nice as well as the older gentleman who helped me with my account and discussed credit card

I’m literally trying to open account right now. Mike Casey from Crabtree location told me he didn’t have time to help me after they signed me in and took my temp. Just very inconvenient

Terrible and condescending customer service. The loan officer is extremely unprofessional. Was approved online for immediate auto loan and only went to this physical location to pick up the 'blank check' and was greeted with someone who was obviously having a bad day and directed towards the customers. I cannot imagine having to do any business deeper than just picking up a piece of paper.
