Incredible service from this branch. I had a transaction that required me to be present in a branch, which made a long drive down from the DC area necessary on short notice (Raleigh is the closest branch). Their friendliness and helpfulness drastically improved my day.

I must say i went to this location because i was directed to this location by customer service Because when i open my account there was a system outage and didn’t receive a signature card the branch more a less refused to help me . Wow off to great start with regions. Hence one star .And issue is still not fixed now .

I felt so unwelcomed at this branch due to one bank representative. She had an attitude the entire time and made me feel like she did not want to help me with my account due to my race. She asked me the same questions numerous times as if I was lying and made me want to close my account. I can not speak on the other representatives at this location but this one in general was very rude.
