PNC Bank

2 tellers working hard. Dealing with a line of people inside and drive thru. 4 business bankers standing around doing nothing. It offering any help.nnDo not recommend this location. Waste of salaries on business bankers here. Pay tellers more.

Slowest pnc in the area...if the inside can't be open you would think there would be some sense of urgency...but no either take the day off to wait in line or go to a different bank

I switched from Wells Fargo to PNC a week ago. The staff are great and are extremely helpful. The policies of PNC are awful. They do not offer to give cash advances on credit cards. The online banking is not user friendly in my opinion and I found the ATM to be somewhat confusing when making a cash deposit. Instead of just giving a total amount of cash being deposed it breaks it down by the number of bills for each denomination that you you’re depositing. Some may like this but to me it’s distracting. Also using their mobile deposit service isn’t very user friendly in my opinion. Plus there is a 2% fee for express fund availability which could be handy if you need your funds immediately. Otherwise you have to wait 2 business days for availability. At Wells Fargo the funds are available the next business day. I should not have transferred all of my direct deposits to PNC and ordered new checks to boot. When my checks are gone I’ll go to another bank

Terrible. If there was any question about if i ever want an account here it got answered today. Absolutely not. The bank has no idea what there doing and makes the customer feel like its their fault and not the banks. Incompetent. I cant encourage people enough to not bank here.

After 27 years of being in business, I switched to PNC with lots of promises of the service I would get. I never take the time to leave reviews but after about a year of problems, I closed my accounts and moved them. Keeping my word has made my business successful. Don't expect that here!
