Capital Blvd used to be a good location. Now, even going middle of the day, it can take 30+ minutes in drive-through. Even though it is very close to my business, I try to avoid this location as much as possible,

I’ve never had the such terrible service in my life!

3 screaming and angry customers within 15 minutes tells you everything that you need to know about this location. Banks usually aren’t exciting enough for reviews of any kind but this place is as awfully ran as could be. I personally spent two hours in the drive thru - I promise that is not an exaggeration. Do NOT come here if you are in any sort of hurry. I also personally witnessed staff LAUGHING visibly at several customers that were frustrated with the service. What a joke.

The worst customer service ever! I sat in there for 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. Look like everybody went on break at the same time!! One lady a Spanish lady looked at me and another couple that were waiting.. she put her coat on and left!!nThe worst

I had a wonderful experience at this location! I have been shopping around for a bank to open a business account for several months. Finally, i made the decision to choose BB&T and chose this particular location due to convenience. I am so happy that I followed my instinct. Leidys was so amazing, professional, and friendly AND she fulfilled my needs in a timely manner. Every single employee that I came into contact with during my process was friendly. Exceptional customer service has always been a big deal to me, because my money is involved. They made me feel like I belong there and my needs matter. I highly recommend this location!
