Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

RUDE.... I needed a new account, maybe I asked for the wrong kind. Instead of suggesting a different kind of account she says that isn't what you need maybe you should go read our accounts online. I told her not to worry.. Pulling my regular accounts and not opening a new one. Don't go to this Bank

One star is one too many for the rude, uncaring, and horrible service. The machine ate my card. I went inside to ask if they could retrieve it. Answer was no. So I said I’m not the only one apparently. She REFUSED to put a sign on it saying it was broken. Told me to call and report it... what is she paid for!? She can go report it!nnHorrible service. Cameron Village is the best BoA in this area! She couldn’t even put a sign up saying “out of order”. They don’t deserve a job during this pandemic. Many people would strive and work harder then them.nnDisgraceful customer service!

Love going to this location. Manager Bud is amazing and so is the staff. Poor tellers only 2 Spanish women working real hard and fast. They need more help. But I won't go anywhere else.

Lobby is always closed but website says it’s open. Been there 2 days in a row and can’t get in. Looking for another bank that has at least one branch open. Been a customer for 20 years but I’m really fed up with this BS.

Have never had to go inside to cash a check from the bank that checks from which was inconvenient since I had already waited a good amount of time in the drive thru. Will give them the benefit of the doubt since it seemed they were understaffed.
