Charged a late fee and interest charge on my credit card where I had already paid the balance In full 4 days prior. No accountability with this organization. They only want your money.
Customer service was terrible. They closed the branch closest to me and could not get my contact information right after changing 5 times. Was given the run around on the phone for a total of 22 phone hours for a mistake they created told me we could fix it then refused to fix it and deflected to the next person a total of 10 different times.
Charging late fees without cause when there is supposed to be no late fees due to COVID.... shady company.
Close to several shops and stores and excellent parking lot, nice area plenty of parking. Nice and friendly employees very nice too. Location is in central Hikes Point. Can be seen from the main road and easy access to store from main street. Excellent.
8/10/19 sat teller drive through window extremely rude. Why let someone like that deal with customers?
