I recently started smoking again. And I went in there to get a vape mod because that is what I used to quit smoking before. I went in the shop and explained that I just wanted something to get me by for a while. I just wanted simple and small. The guy recommended the Smok stick prince. I took it home and got it set up. When I used it the hit was hard and hot and produced a huge cloud of smoke. I am a Middle Aged woman. I have kids the sales persons age. I explained specifically what I wanted and a huge cloud of smoke was not it. I do not want a vape that will fill my car with smoke in 2 puffs. While some younger people like that, it is not for me. The sales guy did not listen to me and just handed me whatever was handy. I ended up going to one stop shop and buying another mod. It was perfect for me because they listened. They also put the coil in to help me out.

Nice shop. Nice selection of bongs and need some more pipes though. Great customer service.

The girl working was really nice....they were out of stock on both of the coils that my vape uses, she got online& searched to see if there were any other coils we could substitute the coils with, sadly there are not, I'm very pleased that she tried. The store has been out of my coils for at least a month now & no one can tell when they will be getting more in.

So, I’ll start or by saying this shop doesn’t look like much on the outside, but with places like these looks are often deceiving. The inside is always clean, well stocked and often has classic Simpsons episodes playing while you shop. But the real reason I will keep coming back is the employees. Everybody here is incredibly kind and very helpful. Ralph (look for the cowboy hat) is a gd*mn American treasure and remembered my and my wife’s face from the first time we went in, and had consistently been helpful and simply a joy to talk to every time we’ve been there since. Prices are very fair especially compared to shops in SLC, and their variety of products is phenomenal. Please give these guys a shot before running to a gas station next time you need something.
