Bought a couple dresses from here for my daughters. The fit great and they love them. They are priced reasonably too which surprised me. Its a good spot to check out. Staff is nice too.
Customer service is Terrible. On their phones while they had customers in the store. I asked a question about an outfit for my son and I received straight attitude. So Rude! The only employee working was the Hispanic female. The other 3 need some home training cause customer service is not it . I work in customer service and I couldn't believe my eyes. At least go in a break room and talk on phone. I see emergencies happening but their is know why all 3 employees had a reason to be on phone. Not a Good Look for your store and it's in Mall. I'm sure the store has lost many potential customers and now customers.
Isn't bad just selection is small.
Found a lot of cute clothes for my cousin in there
