Of all the shoes stores in the mall, this one is the best. And it is because of the people working in the store. The guy that assisted us was the best. He greeted us immediately...something we did not get at any of the other shoe stores. He was personable. It was like buying from friend or family. Be did not make things weird or over crowd. He was there when we needed him but practically invisible when we didn't. I don't how he did it, but everything we would say we liked something he was right there to ask us what size he should get for us to try on. We went in to look and came out with 5 pair of shoes! He said he was car salesman....thank God I didn't meet him at the car lot. Who knows what I would have bought.
If you like anything brand of shoes other than Puma's, this is a nice store. Their selection of Puma's was very small which is the brand I was searching for.
They're doing the best they possibly can under the circumstances. Better than many businesses trying to function through the pandemic. I got great service but the store wasn't crowded but I'm sure anyone would have a pleasant experience finding shoes there. They have a pretty good selection too
The employees at this store are awesome and attentive to your needs. The assistant manager was very helpful in helping us find the right shoe for my son's wide foot.
Literally don't have anything that I want. Not much to really choose from!
