My experience was good. The manager was polite when asking me to raise my mask so no problem there. I do wish she could have accommodated my need to use the restroom considering I spent nearly $590. Prices were on the high side but not enough to turn me away.nnThe store was clean and well stocked. I'll be back.
The lady behind the register was extremely rude and treated customers like she was doing us a favor as opposed to understanding that the customers are the driving force of the store. customer service is truly lost in this lication.
I shopped online. Shipping was very fast despite the delays typically seen during COVID and the holidays. the items were great quality and the prices were great as well!! Also nice selection of sizes for my big man!
The lady at the front was really awesome I always find my size here.
Great selection of clothes and accessories for big and tall sizes. The customer service is top notch as well. Been bringing either my brother or my mother ( both are big and hard to fit) for years and haven't been disappointed yet The sales are good, too.
