Ladies were involved in personal conversations the entire time I was there. No one greeted me. When I finally went to check out still no greeting I had to say hi how are you all 2 ladies say fine the other just walked off. Got my change and that was it. No thank you, have a nice day,nothing. Will not return
I’ve had experience with 1 cashier who I thought was polite & kind but other than that the customer service sucks. They don’t greet you they just look at you like your the reason they have to work there. They act like they don’t want to help & as for the clothes I think it’s time to change vendors or designers cause I’m tired of seeing flowersud83dude2c
I had a great experience at this Rainbow. I often forget about this clothing store, but they offer many different clothing options for all shapes and sizes and are reasonably priced!
I'm really big on customer service. These ladies looked as though they had just woke up and rather than assisting were talking amongst themselves like noone was there but them. I did learn that one was moving into her own spot. I just wish they were as friendly to their customers. Talk about rude when asking a question. Never again. I'll go to the store in the not so nice area instead. At least they are polite and engaging!
