I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!nMy experience at David’s Bridal was top notch. It far surpassed my experience at another bridal store. Melanie was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was great, kind, caring, and really listened to what I wanted in a dress. She was so easy to get along with and made me feel at home. She also found the PERFECT veil to match my dress as well. I would recommend David’s Bridal to anyone!

The experience at David’s Bridal topped every other bridal shop/boutique I went to. The lady that helped me was Melanie & she made me feel so special the whole time... for both appointments! On top of that, the quality of dresses & the abundance of choices made finding The One so easy. I highly recommend David’s Bridal for the beautiful staff of ladies that make shopping for your wedding dress less stressful AND it’s a one-stop-shop! I got everything I could possibly need... head to toe! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

I first want to say that I did find a dress for my nephew’s wedding and it is a dress with which I am very happy; however, I place emphasis on the fact that I found a dress. I made an appointment at David’s so that I would have an associate helping me navigate through all the choices and all the styles. My appointment was for 10:30. The greeter showed me where I could begin looking. I did not receive any help for 15 minutes. I wandered back to the greeting station and finally an associate asked me if she could help me. I explained that I had an appointment. She took me right back to where I had been looking and told me to look. She left, but came back pretty quickly. She then began showing me the dresses at which I had already looked. She didn’t ask any specific questions or try to make any suggestions. I chose 4 dresses to try on. She was very busy with several customers at the same time which is why I made an appointment. I had to wait on her to come back to me and help me zip the dresses. She did not spend any time with me helping me to discover what I liked and what I didn’t like. She did check the availability of each dress. I was disappointed in the service I received from her. I did meet with the seamstress who was wonderful. She took time to question me about the dress I chose and pinned it for me so I could see how it would look. She was very kind and supportive. She went back to the dressing room with me to help me get out of the dress. Then I had to wait outside the dressing room for my associate to come so I could purchase my dress. My experience was not at all what I expected. The seamstress saved the appointment.

This was every brides dream to try on dresses and then to finally find the one that she loves. I had a great stylist Jasmine she was extremely knowledgeable and very great with suggesting dresses for my body type. I definitely will recommend this place to any bride to be. I also said yes to my dress.

When arriving to the store I wasn’t sure if I would find a dress that embodies my style. However, I did find a wedding dress to wear for my special day which is a relief. I appreciated the input and encouragement given by my consultant through the process of picking my dress. My consultant was Melanie and she highlighted the importance of me loving my choice. I can’t wait to walk down the aisle and see how my fiancé reacts. I appreciate the time Melanie took with me and will be mindful when looking for my reception outfit how she set the standard of customer service.
