Staff was friendly and engaging. It was nice to have somebody want to actually help you. Great sale prices and tons of selections. This is also an independent business so I felt great about supporting them.
Poor inventory and staff did not seem interested in helping or leaving from behind the cash wrap, despite my being the only customer in the store. Interesting lack of friendly/attentive service when they also have a “Shop Local” sign out front. Disappointing. I won’t be returning.
Every time I've tried to purchase shoes here, they don't have anything in stock. I ordered a pair of basic birks and they tell me they should arrive in 2-3 weeks. They don't arrive. I call every other week to check. 2 months later they tell me they are backordered until December. ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
