State Employees’ Credit Union

This is the largest branch I've seen anywhere. It's several floors, has numerous teller stations, and a two car drive through lane. It is on a busy block with entrances/exits to Friendly Avenue and Market Street and this is my only issue with the bank. I bet this branch is crazy at certain times of day. Does have an exterior CashPoints machine for 24 hour convenience.nnI entered today to do my transaction and the teller helped me work the Fat Cat coin machine and also with the rest of my transaction. The wait time was minimal and the teller helpful. No issues.

The average wait time is 30-45mins in the drive-thru. They take 15+ minutes even for the simplest of transactions. I suggest you go elsewhere.

This is the slowest out of all the locations. Doesn't matter the time of day or the day of the week....it's ridiculous! Average wait time behind 1 car is 15 minutes ud83dudc4e

They gave me false information and made me believe that I had no other choice but to cancel my checkings and savings account. Went to the one on N. Murrow and they told me that everything W. Marker did and told me was incorrect! I had to go through the whole process again of creating a whole new checkings and savings account! Such an inconvenience right before Christmas and payday... Never going back to this one again
