PNC Bank

I received professional courteous and knowledgeable service with opening my business checking account. Thanks to the gorgeous Ashley! I was so thrilled, I went back and opened up a personal checking acct. Hands down the best bank in the city! There are so many useful amenities, features, and resources to enhance your banking experience for the small owner like myself.

Excellent and friendly teller service. I made an appointment with the notorary stating what I needed to have notarized. When I arrived I had to wait. When the notary came the person was dismissive and refused to notarize. If this person had such a strong objection why did they not call prior and cancel the appointment?

I love this branch of PNC. Ashley is great; she is incredibly friendly and very helpful.

I would give it a 5 star for the great friendly people inside but due to the inconvenience of the atm always being out of service a 3 star is alot to give.

We did not enjoy our first experience with PNC Bank. There was a long wait to get a check cashed and when we finally got our name called I was told to provide 2 forms of identification to cash the check. No-one had told me that before I had waited or else I wouldn't have waited because I only had one form. In addition, there were many disgruntled customers in there and it seemed unorganized and only 1 staff was friendly. I would rather wait 3-5 business days from my own bank than cash a check here.
