Wells Fargo Bank

Ok so went into the ban to do some business but I was told I needed an appointment. We were the only people in the physical branch at the time. Today I tried to call to schedule an appointment and was held on hold for almost 15 mins. We are seriously thinking of switching our bank. We have had for over 20 years!

This branch is a joke...frankly so is the entire company! The staff at this branch especially the branch manager are absolutely useless and incompetent.

I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for 10 years now. The clerk at this branch said my “check signatures were terrible” and would cut me off the speaker before I could respond. Very disappointed at this location to say the least.

I went in today to get a temporary card for my account because my card number was stolen. John helped me immediately when I walked in the door and was very nice. I always have a pleasant experience banking at Wells Fargo.

This is my go to Wells Fargo. They have always treated me with respect and have been customer service oriented even back when it was Wachovia. Love them :D
