BB&T

This bank used to be good but that’s not the case anymore. They have been closed for almost a year to inside business and you have to use the drive through. The line today was so long I couldn’t even get into the parking lot. Most other banks are open for inside business. The reason they are not open for inside business is because of people wearing mask. They just need to put up security glass or hire security. I have a business that deals in cash and I need to make deposits so I can pay bills. I have one day off that I can make deposits and I don’t have all day to wait in a drive through line. I will be looking for another bank to do business with.

I bank with multiple banks; BB&T is by far the easiest, most helpful, with the best customer service of any Bank in the Triad! Covid has made things more difficult for everyone but BB&T / Truist is working through it like all other businesses. Battleground is the best branch!

Suntrust and BB&T bank has just been completely terrible for me they will constantly take money out of your account no matter what your trying to do to save it they will constantly take it out of your account and there's just no point in keeping an account with them because no matter what you do they are money hungry and they will completely rip you off so I have left BB&T and suntrust altogether and I've just abandoned my account because there's no point in saving it especially when they take money out of your account in a hidden fashion It's just completely terrible and him extremely disappointed with the service especially when you call customer service And they don't want to help you whatsoever it seems like as soon as you get in the negative with this bank they will automatically take $36 out of your account within 2 hours it's just completely ridiculous at this point I have been irritated with them for years and I finally switching to a different bank because this is just absurd

It was a bit of a wait, which is totally understandable; however, I was very pleased that an employee took my place in line and let me sit. She walked by and noticed I was in pain, I had back surgery 2 weeks before, and offered to wait in my place.nnVery grateful that some places still value customers...this seems to be in of those places! Thank you!

They have just been average, then the got a new branch manager. She called saying he wanted to know about my business. I gave her several things including the worst ATM in town. Three weeks later and no follow up. It seems that she just contacted me to see what she could push or sell to my business. BB&T used to be Branch Bank and Trust. They are now all corporate and this manager is one of them. I’m working to look elsewhere for my banking.
