Truly amazing experience. After being loyal to Bank of America for over 12 years and experience horrific customer service over the past 12 months I decided it was time for a change. Can’t say enough good words about Ren and the staff at Fidelity NC .Even though I’m new I’m still greeted by my name as I walk in and out. No more long-term computer automated service menus... I call an actually have the ability to speak with my banker. If you’re contemplating a change take this review is an opportunity to think no longer you won’t regret it !!
