The blatant rudeness and disrespect by the teller in the drive thru is absolutely appalling. She is without a doubt a cancer to this company, however; it appears that BOA doesn't mind, as we have had to deal with her attitude for about 8 months and I have spoken to Pooja several times about the employee and nothing is done. She continues to be condescending, difficult, and unprofessional.

Almost every teller has a condescending rude attitude. They make the simplest things such as a deposit difficult. Management really needs to work on training. Zero customer service.

Great experience every time. I spoke with a Merrill Lynch representative and it was great. Very good advice from an experienced financial advisor. The manager is very friendly, the service was swift. A small wait for what I was going in for that day, but it was worth it. Always have had a great experience with Bank Of America.

The condescending attitude that I just encountered from the teller makes it where I'll NEVER return to this bank! I brought in a check drawn on this bank from a state department, and she refused to cash it because she stated that she couldn't verify it. I called and was advised what to tell her, and she again refused to even acknowledge what I was saying to her, stating it was HER discretion. She wasn't pleasant from jump and needs to be replaced with someone whom values both customers and their job!

Waiting in line inside for 30 min to depositn$. Seems deliberately slow!! If so concerned with covid that they close 1/2 the banks, they shouldn’t make people wait and be at risk longer.
