PNC Bank

I see I am not alone in experiencing a problem with the Friendly Center PNC branch and it extends from the Branch Manager (Drew Lofters) down! When people in customer service are ineffective they should be replaced! With this many complaints corporate should followup and staff with better workers!

Sad Day in My Household!nI have sang the praises of PNC Bank for 20 years, they were different and they cared! It was a pleasure to know they had my back and were there for any of banking needs.nToday that all changed! I feel like I lost my best friend! You say just move on……, that’s hard when you had a 20 year relationship.nFact: if you want to talk politics Rep Vs Dem etc. should go see the mortgage officer here.nIf you want/need a mortgage I would NOT even try!nWhat a waste of time!nThanks for noting but a heartache.nDonnie

I have been a member here for years! And EVERYTIME I COME TO THIS BRANCH they are slower than molasses. I mean the wait time is ridiculous. This isn't just because of the pandemic. When the doors were open, they were slow & Lord help drive through, you will be in line until hell freezes over! I am so over It! I will be going else where.

Steven Minor helped me open an account and was so helpful. He took the time to make sure I understood the material and helped me pick the right account. I have just started a financial Journey and I am happy because Steven is helping me make sure I maintain my account and save money, PNC is not just a bank; they are more like family. They care about their customers and I am so blessed to have a bank like that. My next appointment is coming up to sit with Steven and go over my expenses.

August 22nd, 2020.nHad an appointment for 11am and when I came to the door was told they did not have any 11am appointments today.nSure enough 2 minutes later someone else shows up with an 11am appointment, they are told to go 20 miles away to another branch.nnThe bank is literally empty, no customers, they have 2 customers with e-mail confirmations for 11am appointments, and they are giving both a hard time about even being there.nnPNC has been my bank for over 20 years, but stay away from the Friendly Center Branch in Greensboro. They clearly do not want customers, with appointments, at an empty branch.
