Good location for fast service

I've had nothing but great service at this location. If you're ever looking for a good, friendly, local bank - Ask for Pam and she'll set you straight!nnI highly recommend FCB and this branch in particular.

Way too many fees and illegal processing of checks. Don't bank here or write a check bc they will not process it until a month later on an effort to obtain fees. I am an honest person I will never recommend this bank to anyone. Please be careful. Go to another bank please. They steal your money.

This location used to have giod service but no longer does.... The new girl Jessie is very nice but she is new... SHE ASKED FOR HELP & THE OLD LADY TAILOR WAS SO MEAN & HAD THE WORST ATTITUDE... She could have did the transaction. For me rather than telling me it is not a fast process.. FUNNY I WENT TO THE BANK ON THE UPPER END OF TOW .& IT WAS DONE IN A FLASH.. (I cant with this location) please replace the old bitter lady in the front...you cant play with people's money....

They have a teller that has been unpleasant to me on three occasions.nnShe has a live pet frog in a plastic cube next to her teller window. One time I asked her how long the frog will live, she replied flippantly 'How long do you think YOU will live?'nnAnother time she told me I had too many checks to deposit and she would have to charge me (I had about 12). I asked the manager if that was there policy and she said 'no'.nnThis last time she refused to deposit my checks because the name wasn't exactly the same. Despite having deposited the same name at that branch for 18 months. She arbitrarily decided to enforce the rule on that day.
