The three women that were there gave me the most rude customer service experience I’ve ever had. This branch definitely needs some customer service training. My husband went out of his way to come in on his lunch break to help deposit a check that had both of our names on it. You would think since my name was on it it would be able to be deposited, but no he had to come in while he was working to try to make it happen. Even after he came in they still couldn’t do anything to help us somehow. Talk about professionals that know how to do their job... we will be gladly switching banks this week.

There is Spanish old lady at the counter that one really need to find different job but not dealing customer. She was rude as hell to people and she refuse to give me cash $3000 my account because the bank doesn't have cash Duh ???? I had to ask the manager and he was able to get me what I need. My adviser experience any rudeness or disrespect from that lady so don't hesitate to confront her and talk to her supervisory Immediately .

Best location in the area for services offered. Don't like the limited workday hours and BOA has taken the cheap route. Number of tellers is hit or miss.

Wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me but she was incredibly polite and very helpful. Made conversation and answered any questions I had, you'd be lucky to get her to help you out.
