Excellent experience! Staff was friendly and efficient. Provider Amanda Lawson went above and beyond. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. This was my first time using Bethany Medial and I was so impressed. Will definitely be back to see Mrs. Lawson again.

Very very frustrated with communication system. I do not hear well and neither does my wife. Your web portal supposedly provides a message ability but every attempt to send a message to my doctor (K. Smith) fails and message does not go through. I need to send her info on my last colonoscopy as she requested. I was called earlier today to set up a new referral visit. The lady who called set up the appointment successfully and it appears in my records on your site. HOWEVER: I told her of my difficulty in sending the info mentioned above and asked for an email address (my preferred method of communication). She either gave me a bogus address or talked so fast I didn't get it correct - and the email also failed to go through. 1. Please fix or enable Dr. Smith's message system at your portal. 2. Please make email available to patients. Effective and Efficient communications are critical between doctors and patients and if I continue to have problems I will have to seek out a different doctor. Thank you.

I have now been waiting 2 weeks to get my medication approval process done by the office (switched recently from the Winston Salem Location after my doctor moved) ; the medication that I have been on for almost 2 years now. I have had to repeatedly call and CVS has sent them the paperwork multiple times. Today they say well the person who has been working on it will be back Tuesday (it is Friday). They obviously do not care about the patients and the pain they are going through. Not to mention their phone system sucks. Never can get through to anyone

I have been going here for over 10 years. The staff is amazing and friendly. They really take the time to listen to you and provide the best care . They also follow up with the next day make sure you doing ok and if you call and can't get anyone they go out their way to call you back.

Friendly as they are doing test and procedures I did not approve of. The bills just keep coming from a colonoscopy that was supposed to be covered by my insurance as preventive, but Bethany added their own test to jack up the bill that I was not informed was going to be done. They had nothing to do with my procedure but I was told my credit would be affected and collections would begin if I did not pay for things I was not told about or approved of. Medical centers have become extortion centers. All I can say positive is they were nice about it as they were extorting my health saving s plan and insurance company.
