I went in trying to find a pair of shoes that could fit my inserts I have to wear. Myles/Miles was the associate that helped me today and he was great! Very helpful and helped me try on a lot of shoes to see what would work best for my insert. This employee should be recognized for his awesome customer services skills.

I use to like going there to buy my shoes but some of the workers there are very ruid i will not be going back there.
If I could rate this place a 10, I would! We went in to buy shoes for my son, and Taylor helped us so much giving us tips on what shoes would be good for him. He helped my daughter the same way, he spent time with her finding the shoes that are the perfect fit for her foot. She had originally picked up a wide pair of shoes but also had a wide ankle she didn't need, he recommended her another pair and they are perfect. I went the next day because of his excellent customer service and knowledge, and he brought me 5-6 pairs of shoes based on my foot size, arch, step, etc. I love my new shoes, I know some people would think it's just a pair of shoes, but after being in pain and misery for so long, my new pair are like walking on air. He brought the inserts to go inside to make them even better. I highly recommend Taylor and I will recommend Shoe Dept to everybody! Thank you!
I was pretty impressed with this store. For one thing, it's huge for a mall store, and most of it is packed with inventory. So, lots of options. The staff was just helpful enough, without hovering. Prices actually seemed comparable to standalone stores, another point in its favor.
