My husband needed dress pants, shirt and tie to wear for a funeral... we shopped on Sat.and had just about given up trying to find his size. Someone recommended we try DXL. We came into the store and was immediately greeted by a beautiful sales associate. She asked how she could help us and we told her what we needed and she had several options within minutes for us to choose from. Not only did she find his sizes but gave us information on how to obtain some coupons online to use that day. We were so impressed with this store and the staff that worked there! This will be our “go to” store from now on! The clothes are excellent quality. The prices are within reason... you get what you pay for! They have an awesome selection and many sizes to fit most any body type!
Was here to purchase two suits, the salesman was nice but needs a lesson in sales. When you have a man buying suits you don’t leave him and walk away for a return customer that walks in the door. We were buying customers,We should have been attended to and not left alone. You did not have the size we needed so it had to be ordered which wouldn’t of been a problem. Just know we were about to walk and take our hard earned money to another store, and I’m going to look elsewhere next time.
